Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, data generated automatically as you use Wavium, and limited information from third parties (such as the integrations you choose to connect).
Information you provide
- Account details — name, email address, company name, and password (hashed).
- Phone number — when you join the waitlist or opt in to product texts.
- Billing information — processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
- Communications — messages you send to support or feedback you submit.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, queries issued, and approximate session duration.
- Device & log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps.
Information from integrations
When you connect a third-party service (for example GoHighLevel) Wavium accesses only the data needed to perform the actions you request. You control which integrations are connected and can revoke access at any time.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Wavium.
- Authenticate you, secure your account, and detect abuse.
- Send transactional messages — receipts, security alerts, and product updates you opted in to.
- Respond to support requests and analyze aggregate product usage to make Wavium better.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your customer data (including data accessed via connected integrations) to train third-party AI models.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable timeframe, unless we're required to keep it longer.
Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information — including encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, and routine security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to make ours close.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@wavium.com. We'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
Wavium is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-product notice.
